The Foundation for Youth Development (FYD) is committed to following and promoting excellent sustainability practice, to reduce the environmental impacts of our activities and to help our students, licensees and external partners do the same.
This resource informs our communities about our policies, actions and projects. It details environmental projects that have taken place in our communities. These projects evidence the tremendous abilities of our staff and students to develop and deliver initiatives supportive of environmental sustainability and conservation. These community actions provide experiential learning opportunities which increase people’s capacity to leave the world in a better place than how they found it.
