About the Graeme Dingle Foundation

The Graeme Dingle Foundation (GDF) is the endowment fund established to ensure the longevity of the Foundation for Youth Development (FYD). The purpose of GDF is to form the financial bedrock and maintain itself as a sustainable source of income for FYD. 

Funds are gathered through bequests, grants and gifts. You can make a lasting difference to the lives of our children and youth, by making a grant now or leaving a bequest to the Graeme Dingle Foundation. The trust deed guards the funds so that the capital will stay intact. We will invest your money so that the interest can ensure that children and youth across New Zealand are benefiting from FYD’s proven programmes for many years to come.  

Grants and gifts:
A charitable grant or gift is one way you can extend your support to the children and youth of New Zealand.  For more information on grant applications or how to make a donation, please contact the FYD National Office at office@fyd.org.nz

Bequests:
A bequest is a gift that is made through your will.

The most commonly used forms of bequest are:
  • Giving a gift of cash or an asset
  • Giving a percentage of your estate
  • Giving the residue of your estate after you have provided for those close to you
  • Giving all or part of your life insurance
