Marion joined FYD at the start of 2012, following three years as the Chief Executive Officer of WasteMINZ. She has broad experience at a senior management level in both the corporate and not-for-profit space across a range of sectors, including financial services, fast-moving consumer goods and franchising.

Graeme has founded four successful charitable trusts, including the Sir Edmund Hillary Outdoor Pursuits Centre. He has achieved more than 200 mountaineering and adventuring firsts throughout the world and has published 10 books. He received the MBE for services to outdoor pursuits, the Award of New Zealand for services to recreation and sport and an ONZM for services to youth.

Kate has a law degree and has significant experience in franchising, accounting and corporate governance in both business and charitable sectors. She is looking forward to using that experience to support the FYD Community Partners in their work and is delighted to be working for FYD.

With a business coaching and mentoring background, Lee has delivered management and training programmes into the small medium businesses sector for nearly 20 years. After identifying a service gap in the internet marketing segment brought on by the recession, he launched an online marketing agency to help business owners achieve good results even with reduced advertising and marketing budgets.

Vickie joined FYD in 2012 as the Executive Assistant for Graeme DIngle and Marion Short. She has worked as an EA across a range of sectors, including local government, telecommunications and hospitality. She recently moved back to New Zealand after living abroad for a number of years.

Victoria joined FYD in 2008 after spending thirteen years working in the youth and training sectors. She has developed, delivered and or assessed programmes for the Auckland District Health Board, University of Auckland, Auckland Institute of Technology, and the Department of Corrections. Victoria relies heavily on establishing, encouraging and maintaining relationships with diverse networks to ensure quality service delivery and the continual understanding and application of best practice. Her specialist interests are programme development, and youth participation and engagement.

Originally trained as a primary teacher, Victoria then went on to complete Post Graduate study in Dance and Drama Education. Victoria has been fortunate enough to teach across the levels from Primary to Tertiary over her 10 years in education. AUT has been her home for the past 6 years, over which time she been heavily involved in the development and delivery of youth innovation projects. Victoria enjoys being surrounded by inspiring people and feels very privileged to be starting her journey with FYD. “Attitude determines Altitude” Victoria looks forward to being part of a team that inspires youth to reach the highest Altitude.

Julie Moore has a Master of Arts in Psychology. She majored in psychology and sociology for her BA, and attained 1st class honours in psychology. She has tutored in social and community psychology at the University of Auckland. Her specialist interest is community psychology.

Alison joined the Fundraising team at FYD in 2006, and now works in Research & Evaluation. Originally from South Africa, she has a BA in Industrial Psychology and Sociology and a post-graduate diploma in Brand Management. She worked for 7 years in the UK and travelled extensively before moving to NZ in 2005.

A Microsoft-certified system administrator, Stas Popov joined Project K in 2003, a year after emigrating from Russia. He is responsible for system administration, data analysis, developing applications and web design.
