Times

9am: Registration
10am: 10 km walk commences
10.15am: 5km walk commences
10.30am: 2km walk commences
Food and entertainment: once you have completed your walk there is a great cafe on-site or a sausage sizzle will be available with raffles and spot prizes about halfway along Waiapu Road.

Parking

There is a ZEALANDIA  car park and on-road parking available along Birdwood Street as well as the parking  lot at Appleton Park  which is a short 500m walk along Waiapu Road to the ZEALANDIA entrance. (The car park immediately  outside the entrance is reserved for ZEALANDIA  customers).

Please note: ZEALANDIA remains open to the public during The Big Walk and  that the ‘Ranger Talks’ and ‘Walk and Talk’ tours are exclusively for the ZEALANDIA customers.
